Last week, we unveiled the Kyanite Harmony Bracelet Kit using a technique seen in a few of our latest bracelet kits. We use a combination of wrapping techniques, along with connecting chain with jump rings to create this unique and lightweight design. This stunning DIY kit features 8mm Kyanite gemstones with their serene blue tones, paired with all Sterling Silver components—bead caps, multi-cut rondells, seamless rounds, a magnetic clasp, chain, and jump rings. Below you'll find both a step-by-step guide along with video instructions on the technique used in this kit.

🌟 What You’ll Need

🚀 Step-by-Step Guide to Your Kyanite Harmony Bracelet

1. Prep the Safety Chain ✂️

  • Unpack your kit, find the chain, and cut off a 2-inch section. Set it aside for the safety chain (added at the end).

2. Start with the Head Pin 🛠️

  • Use round nose pliers to grab the head pin near the pin head. Create a small loop and cut off the flat end.

3. Add Your Beads 💎

  • Thread the beads onto the pin in this order:
    • Seamless Round Bead / Bead Cap / Gemstone / Bead Cap / Seamless Round / Multi-cut Rondell
    • Repeat: Seamless Round Bead / Bead Cap / Gemstone / Bead Cap / Seamless Round / Multi-cut Rondell
    • Finish with: Seamless Round Bead / Bead Cap / Gemstone / Bead Cap / Seamless Round.

4. Secure the Other End 🔄

  • Loop the other end of the pin, ensuring it faces the same direction as the original wrap.

5. Cut & Attach the Chain ⛓️

  • Cut the long chain into 2 equal pieces. Use a jump ring to attach one piece to each side of the head pin.

6. Check & Adjust Sizing 📏

  • Check the fit (up to 7¾ inches) and trim chain links if needed.

7. Finalize with Clasp & Safety Chain 🎉

  • Use remaining jump rings to connect one half of the magnetic clasp and the safety chain to each side.
