The grinch kit was missing the red body part. The other kits were missing 10=12 jump rings. I wrote several emails and made phone calls and left my number but no one responsed to either one. I realize you were short handed but it makes it very diffcult to recommend your company to friends and beading groups. I really love these as I've ordered quite a few over the past years. I never had this type of issue in the past years before.
