I ordered a few items including the Luxe Amethyst bracelet kit but the bead caps and rondels that should be with the bracelet kit were not included. I’ve ordered from you before and always been pleased but the missing items make it impossible to make the bracelet.
I sent an email with photo to John Woodson whose name and email address were with the product, but never received a reply.

This product is beautiful. Shipped with care. All pieces to assemble were in kit along with instructions. Looks great on and easy to wear. Casual or dress up.
